Adventures in web design

I am clueless when it comes to the WWW.  Blogging? I'm learning as I go... it's outside of my comfort zone. Web design? Forget about it! I had read a bit about it, asked a few questions. Every time my head would start pounding. Yet, I pushed on. FINALLY I did it :) I made a web site for my bags!! www.asterjadedesigns.com  Also, if you haven't already, look me up on facebook and "Like" my page AsterJadeDesigns. Thanks a million!

I am SO excited! I even figured out how to put those flashy little buttons you see on the side of my blog. This has been a very productive week so far. I even moved my sewing machine to a table by the computer in "mommy jail" so that I can get a bit of work done during the day. Ahhh. If it weren't only 11:49 on a Wednesday morning I'd say it was time to put my feet up and have a glass of wine.

So for now I'll post a few pics of the monster :)
This was a day for the record books. Joe's not a matchy-matchy type of guy... but when it comes to Superman he'll make an exception. (see emmett has my eyes now too!)

He is NOT a fan of Gerber Graduate Toddler Meals... not at all...

So I fell behind a bit :)

Always on the go! Now that he can take steps by himself he's go go go!

The past 2 months just flew by! I always say, "thank goodness I take so many pictures or I'd never remember what happened!" We had a great visit with the grandparents. It's so nice to have people in our home and not have to drive 1,000 miles with a baby and dog in tow! Joe is busy at work like always. A couple months ago his work schedule changed so that he's actually at home a lot more then he was. It's great! Emmett sure loves seeing another face around here.

The boys had a great birthday party together. It was a lot of fun! Emmett has 3 molars now. #4 isn't far behind!

Just this morning he walked across the room for the first time. It was the longest distance he's gone so far! It's just amazing how quickly he's been picking up on things. This morning he also knocked on the wall and said "knock" then he heard daisy running down the hall and said "daisy" Other then a "mommy or dadadeeeee" here and there Daisy was his first word. LOL He loves that dog. He is such a ham! She still isn't fond of him jumping on her... but she's never far behind him.

Look what I can do! He climbed in here all by himself. What a little monkey!
